Refund policy
Standard Returns
Customers may return unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 60 days of purchase. Returned products must be in resalable condition and include all parts, mounting hardware, and protective materials.
Business or Trade Customers
Business or trade customers who purchase using an Ellis Works Trade Account must return products within 60 days of the order date. All trade returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover repolishing, inspection, and repackaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or installed hardware
- Products not in their original packaging
- Custom, modified, or made-to-order items
- Items damaged through installation, handling, or improper repackaging
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our team at support@ellisworks.com with your order number and product details. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an Ellis Works error.
