Based in Brooklyn, Emilio Halperin is a designer working across industrial, interior, and graphic design. Grounded in historical, material, and geographic based research, his core principles are that products should be intriguing, familiar, serious, and playful. His practice results in objects that feel both timeless and deliberately contemporary.

For Ellis Works, Emilio designed two collections. Sackett refines the pebble form in brass, stone and wood across cabinet knobs, cabinet pulls and appliance pulls. Scholes is softly shaped to the contours of the hand, in solid brass cabinet knobs, cabinet pulls, appliance pulls and door knob and lever sets. Both are hand-finished in our Brooklyn studio.
